1. Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 5 to 6 business days from the time of purchase.
  • Our bouquets are handmade with love and attention to detail, which is why each order may require a few days for preparation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping Time

  • Once your order has been processed, we will ship it according to the shipping method selected during checkout.
  • Delivery times will vary depending on your location and the shipping option you choose. Typically, standard shipping takes 3 to 7 business days for domestic orders.
  • For international orders, delivery times may vary depending on the destination and customs processing. We recommend checking with your local postal service for more accurate timeframes.

3. Shipping Rates

  • Shipping rates are calculated based on the delivery address and selected shipping method at checkout.

  • We offer standard shipping and express shipping options. The shipping cost will be shown before you complete your purchase.

    Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable, even in the event of a return or exchange (except where required by law).

  • If you are sending your bouquet as a gift, we will gladly include a gift message. Simply add your message at checkout, and we will print it on a card to include with the bouquet.
  • Please note that we do not include invoices or pricing details with gift orders.

  • For international orders, please be aware that customs duties, taxes, and fees may apply depending on the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the shipping cost.
