Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Advityakala for your floral needs! We are committed to creating beautiful handmade flower bouquets with care and attention to detail. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, please read our Return & Refund Policy below to understand the process.


1. Returns

At Advityakala, we take great pride in the quality of our handmade flower bouquets. Due to the nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns. However, we want to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase, and we are happy to assist in the following cases:

  • Damaged or Defective Products: If your bouquet arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, including a photo of the damaged item. We will assist you with a replacement or a full refund, depending on the situation.

  • Incorrect Item Sent: If we mistakenly send you the wrong bouquet or an incorrect order, we will arrange for a free return and send the correct item immediately, at no additional cost to you.


2. Refunds

If you are eligible for a refund, the following conditions apply:

  • Damaged or Defective Items: If your bouquet is damaged upon arrival or does not meet our quality standards, we will issue a full refund or offer a replacement. The refund will be processed to your original payment method.

  • Order Cancellation: If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us at info@advityakala.com within 24 hours of placing the order. If the bouquet has not yet been shipped, we will process your cancellation and issue a full refund. Cancellations after 24 hours may not be possible due to the perishable nature of the product.


3. Process for Returns & Refunds

  • Contact Us: To request a return or refund, please contact our customer support team at info@advityakala.com. Be sure to include your order number, a description of the issue, and any relevant photos (for damaged or incorrect items).

  • Return Shipping: If a return is necessary (for damaged or incorrect items), we will provide you with return instructions. Please note that you may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  • Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect the returned item (if applicable), your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days. The refund will be credited back to your original payment method.


4. Non-Refundable Items

Due to the perishable nature of flowers and the custom, handmade nature of our products, we are unable to offer refunds for the following:

  • Bouquets that are delivered on time and are in good condition, but are not to the customer’s liking.
  • Orders canceled after 24 hours of placement.
  • Bouquets that have been altered or used.
